Biographical information

Dr. Krol received a B.A. in Natural Sciences and a M.Sci in Biochemistry from the University of Cambridge, UK in 2008. In 2015, she completed her Ph.D. in Neurobiology from Harvard University in the laboratory of Dr. Lisa Goodrich. Her thesis focused on how neurons establish asymmetric morphologies during dendrite development and migration. As a Simons’ fellow, Sasha is examining the source of aggression in a genetic mouse model of autism.
