Biographical information

Yea Jin Kaeser-Woo received a B.S. in Biological Sciences in Seoul National University in South Korea. She pursued her PhD at the UT Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas. In the laboratory of Thomas Südhof, Yea Jin studied how complexins and synaptotagmins regulate SNARE-mediated synaptic vesicle fusion in a presynaptic nerve terminal.
